If you are interested in our products, please fill out the required information in the inquiry form and contact us. When making an inquiry, providing details about your issues or simple specifications will enable us to respond more swiftly.
Hearing of Requirements Specifications
Initially, we will correspond via email. If necessary, we can arrange a detailed discussion through an online meeting. We can accommodate meetings on Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
Proposal of Substrates, Adhesives, and Layer Structures
We will propose substrates, adhesives, and layer structures. If there are similar past cases, we will introduce their details. If there are no past cases, R&D development will be required, so we will submit conditions including feasibility.
Submission of Rough Estimate
In addition to submitting an estimate for the prototype sample to proceed with your consideration, we will also provide an approximate cost for mass production.
Prototype Processing and Verification
Upon receiving your purchase order for the prototype, we will proceed with its production. Depending on the specifications, we may provide free support, and we will determine the conditions on a case-by-case basis.
Customer Evaluation and Specification Finalization
You will evaluate the prototype sample. Based on the evaluation results, we will repeat steps ② to ⑤ as necessary to propose a product that meets your requirements. We will also finalize the specifications.
Submission of Estimate
We will submit an estimate based on the finalized specifications.
Order
If the estimate and conditions are acceptable, please place your order.
Manufacturing and Delivery
We will manufacture and deliver the product according to the finalized specifications.
Payment
Please make the payment to the designated account.
